WaQi Live Saturday Beginner-level online Zoom classes offer simple T’ai Chi and Qigong movement and meditation classes that are great for beginners, or those interested in essential components of traditional qigong and t’ai chi for health and well-being. Research using the WaQi curriculum and other studies demonstrate the following benefits: boost immune function, lift mood, improve balance, enhance sleep, and relieve pain. These live-hosted videos will be presented by our team. Classes consist of an evidence-based 7 Form T’ai Chi practice, qigong exercises, including spiral flexibility—silk reeling, agility movements, and guided meditations. Each class is uniquely designed so that students may join at any point.

Join Master Yang live online Sundays at 10am ET. WaQi Live Sunday Intermediate/Advanced online Zoom classes offer a comprehensive approach to t’ai chi, qigong, and meditation for students who wish to advance and deepen their training and build on the core practices developed in the WaQi Fundamentals course. Students will receive careful, detailed instruction in the original Chen Style T'ai Chi (Pao Cui) form and advanced qigong practices, including spiral flexibility—silk reeling and cardio-enhancing agility movements. Students will also have the opportunity to deepen their core standing, lying down, and sitting meditation practices.
