WaQi Live Saturday Beginner online Zoom classes offer simple T’ai Chi and Qigong movement and meditation classes that are great for beginners, or those interested in essential components of traditional qigong and t’ai chi for health and well-being. Research using the WaQi curriculum and other studies demonstrate the following benefits: boost immune function, lift mood, improve balance, enhance sleep, and relieve pain. These live-hosted videos will be presented by our team. Classes consist of an evidence-based 7 Form T’ai Chi practice, qigong exercises, including spiral flexibility—silk reeling, agility movements, and guided meditations. Each class is uniquely designed so that students may join at any point.

WaQi Live and Zoom Class Refund Policy and Information
WaQi Live Class and Zoom Class purchases are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, substitutions, rescheduling, or credits available. Special discounts or promotional offers shall not apply to completed class purchases. Any class cancellation that is not rescheduled shall be refunded at the purchased rate. Prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Qi Balance.

Qi Balance does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through Wa-Qi.com or any hyperlinked website or featured in any banner or other advertising, or for services offered through a third party platform such as Zoom, Teams, Meet, FaceTime, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and similar, and Qi Balance will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services.
WaQi Live Class Pass
The WaQi Live Class Pass can be purchased as gifts for others. The purchaser will choose the number of WaQi Live classes to send as a gift and the WaQi Live Class Pass will be emailed to the recipient. The WaQi Live Class Pass must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase date. No refunds are available on purchases of WaQi Live Class Passes. No refunds or exchanges are available once the recipient selects the WaQi Live Classes they wish to attend.
