• Completing this form is an application for admittance to the event. Acceptance cannot be guaranteed until all information is reviewed and approved.

• Upon review and acceptance to a camp (usually within 2-4 weeks) we will provide you with information needed to complete the payment process. Payment in full will be due at this time and will guarantee your spot in camp. Please see the camp description for the due date that applies to your camp.
