Shuttle to/from BRCC

You can book your reservation online with Hickory Hop.

The rate is $85 + $15 (pickup or dropoff fee) = $100 one way trip or $150 + $30 (pickup/dropoff fee) = $180 round trip.  

When you make your reservation, you can specify BR Conference Center as your Dropoff location. Their pickup times are limited, so plan your flights accordingly. Also keep in mind, it is a 2.5 hour trip from BRCC to the airport.

Recommendations on what to pack:

Clothing to layer for sun, rain and temperature changes; weather can vary from morning to evening:

Early morning practice outside: 

  • Rain/waterproof shoes or hiking boots

  • Rain/waterproof jacket

  • Warm jacket

  • Sweatshirt

  • Gloves & hat

  • Sunblock/insect repellent

  • Extra socks

Daily practice in gym:

  • Tee shirts & exercise pants

  • Comfortable sneakers

  • Sweatshirt

  • Yoga Mat

  • Water Bottle

Sabre Camp: Bang, Sabre. There will be dowels available at camp.

How to get your sabre to camp:

  1. Check it in with your luggage.

  2. Ship it to camp via UPS. It may not be convenient to ship it back. The camp is outside of town where the UPS store is located.

Toiletries: BRCC has small bars of soap for sink and shower; no hair dryers
