These videos, hosted live by the WaQi team will help you cultivate deep sleep by developing a tranquil mind and a relaxed, strong body. WaQi Live Sunday morning online Zoom classes will feature the Cannon Fist (Pao Cui) form, a rare and treasured Chen T’ai Chi practice—an excellent precursor to the upcoming camp in the Summer of 2025. Taught by Master Yang, these Sunday sessions will also include agility drills, martial arts applications, injury prevention, meditation, and more!
