Video Playback Issues
The video does not play, what can I do? (audio or video not working)
FIRST: The first step is to make sure you are correctly logged in and have an active Wa-Qi.com subscription.
Then, here are some more tips”
First try and refresh the page to see if it will load.
Try logging in and viewing on a different web browser. Some web browsers are more compatible than others.
Make sure your WiFi or cellular signals are actively working. The lack of a signal or online connection will affect video playback..
You may need to restart your modem, device, or computer.
There are rare occasions when the internet is slow, our website servers are overloaded, or other unforseen technical issues may occur. Waiting a bit and trying again may help.
Zoom recordings are by nature not high definition, so sometimes they sound lower quality than our program videos in high definition
If you watch the video by streaming from a device to say a TV, the audio and video may cause problems over the airwaves. Try watching the video on the device itself, not streaming it.
Often issues are not the website or the video— rather a device/compute issue, internet connection, wifi issue, or web browser software issue. It helps us to know as much info as you can provide to see if we can help trouble shoot your issue (if none of the above work).
