How do I update my account?
Once you are logged in, it will take you to your profile page (Named “My WaQi”). You can then review your account details on your profile page. If you are already logged in and moved away from your profile page, you can select “My Waqi” at the top right of the screen in the navigation to return to your profile.
What if I forget my password for logging in?
If you forget your password you can provide your username or email address using this link to have a reset password link be sent to you via email.
What if I forget my user name for logging in?
Your user name is your email address you used for signing up. Please use the same email address you used when setting up your account. If you don’t remember which email you used, you can contact us for support, or simply set up another account with a different email address.
