Troubleshooting logging in and signing up
Check your device, computer, browser, software, and internet first
First— we’re sorry you are having issues. It can be very frustrating!
There are quite a few possibilities that affect any website, that often have little to do with the website itself. We will try our best to correct, troubleshoot, and ultimately fix any issues you are having.
Please consider the following items that may affect any website, and may contribute to your errors::
Internet access: If you have none, is slow, or issues connecting to the internet
Please be sure you have good, stable, working Internet access
Turn off your modem and back on to reset it to see if that helps
Internet speed: If you have slow internet, many websites will not perform well.
Please be sure you have fast internet speeds
Turn off your modem and/or device/computer—and back on to reset it to see if that helps
Browser issues: All sites will not work on all browsers. Mostly, yes— but some browsers just do not perform well on certain websites for all kinds of technical reasons
Please try another web browser, device or computer (explorer, mozilla, chrome, safari, etc…)
Quite and restart your browser and try again
Try clearing your cache (memory) on your webs browser— it often stores old data
Try refreshing the screen a few times and see if that helps
Make sure you have the newest software updates. Old browsers may cause issues
Device/computer issues: Often older computers, or even new ones that have memory or processor issues can cause all kinds of grief with Websites.
Please try another computer, or device (like your phone, tablet, laptop…)
If you have considered or tried the above— please reach out to us. Please have as much info as you can when you get back to us. Which device, which browser, and exactly what might be happening. If you can provide a screen capture of what you see that also helps quite a bit!
