Chen 48 Form: Learn the Fundamentals

June 3-8, 2025 Blowing Rock, NC
Immerse yourself in in-depth instruction on Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang's Chen 48 Form, including forms 27-32 with Push Hands applications, Silk Reeling Qigong Level 2, and agility training. Dr. Yang will share his insights into the body-mind fundamentals for developing optimal health, internal power, and preventing injuries in both daily life and martial arts training.
Chen Cannon Fist: Learn This Rare Treasure
(Intermediate/Advanced)
June 8-13, 2025 Blowing Rock, NC
This retreat will cover Section I of Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang's Chen Tai Chi Cannon Fist (Pao Cui) Form. Dr. Yang will teach you his unique approach to building optimal health, developing internal power, exploring Push Hands applications, and preventing injuries in both martial arts training and daily life. You will learn and practice these techniques directly from Dr. Yang’s instruction. This course is designed for practitioners with some prior Tai Chi experience in any style or tradition.
