WaQi 101 - The Foundation
This seven-day course introduces the essential ingredients of Chinese healing and martial arts in a balanced, progressive and cohesive way for building optimal health as well as martial art skill. It provides the foundation for diving deeper into the art for general well being and specific health outcomes such as sleep, balance, mood, and pain prevention. The practice plan represents the wisdom passed on by legendary grandmasters in China and my contribution obtained through study, research, and teaching over more than three decades.
